This is my favorite Jamaican Jerk Sauce, which reminds me of our trip to Negril, Jamaica where I had the privilege of working with a wonderful Jamaican executive chef to learn about Jamaican cuisine.
No special culinary equipment is needed to prepare this wonderful Jamaican Jerk Sauce.

In a saucepan, place all of the ingredients and heat them to a simmer. Lower the heat and let them reduce for about 20-30 minutes.
